Terms of Service

1. The service

Digital Sign Cast lets you upload content and display it on screens through a web browser. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You give us permission to store and deliver it to your screens. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case.

5. Limits and fair use

Each plan has limits on screens, storage and upload size. Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it to send harmful content.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Screens keep showing the last downloaded content during short outages.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

8. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
